IT"S A................

We got an ultrasound this last week and found out that we are having a boy:) we are so so excited. Daniel tells me ever day that we are having a boy i think he is a little excited the Asay boy trend is still on. all his brothers have a boy first how we love those Asay boys. The lady doing out ultrasound said everything looks very good and everything is measuring right on :) I am so glad he is healthy she said he is 12oz or almost a pound he is bigger then what my books say he should be at so that makes me happy. I am now 19 weeks along (5months) i have been feeling movement for about a week i love it. its mostly in the morning or at night when i am really thinking about it. Now that we know we are having a boy i just can't wait to meet our little guy. His arm he is holding a fist and you can see the 2 bones in this arm. It's crazy how clear these are now.

Happy Easter

We had a quiet Easter this year with just the two of us it was a nice quiet day. We had a good time at church then came home and made a wonderful dinner. We cant wait until next year when we can spend every holiday with our family's. On Saturday we went to a yard sale and got some Lincoln logs it brought back our child hood and we had fun playing with them. I also have a picture of me at 18 weeks along (5 months). We will find out what we are having soon and i can't wait. My house i built Daniel stole all the blocks but i still think its pretty cool.

Quick Trip Home

It was so much fun to get to go home for the weekend it was a quick trip but well worth it. All the Asay's where in town it was fun to see everyone and I know Daniel had fun AI'ing cows while we where there. I had a Dr's appointment and it went really well everything is going how it should so that's good. Next month we get to find out the gender of our baby I can't wait. My mom, Cailey, and I all went to Billings to get some maternity clothes we had so much fun and got some cute stuff. We love being around our family's and cant wait until we are there for good. we are having a baby/15 week

This is my first belly picture at 15 weeks there will be more to come i am sure. We have a Dr. appointment this weekend and we will get to hear the heart beat again i am so excited and i cant wait to find our how our little bun is doing in there. We get to find out the sex of our baby in about a month i cant wait. 15 weeks

Trip to Utah

The guys from Daniel's school went to the rodeo this weekend so they didn't have school on Friday. We have been wanting to go to Vernal to the temple and see the Gillmans (They are a couple who served with Daniel in Republic of Georgia) they had so much fun reliving there missions and talking about all the people there and i was kind of out of the loop but we still had a lot of fun. They have a small farm so Daniel was excited to get out and help with everything while we were there for the weekend. The Gillmans serve in the Vernal temple so after there shift on Friday we all went to a session and it was cool to see a different temple the Gillmans knew a lot of history about the Vernal temple that is really cool and we learned a lot. We have to go through Douglass pass it reminded me of the big horns and it was really pretty the roads where great and it was a really fun weekend.

Brother and sister Gillman, they are amazing people and we thank you so much for letting us come over and opening your home to us i know Daniel loved it as did I.

Spring Brake

We got to go home for spring brake this week we had so much fun hanging out with all our family. There was a lot going on first we helped Jill and Christian move back we are so excited that they will be closer so every time we go home we will get to see them. Charlene had a baby shower and all us girls got to go to that is was fun just hanging out with the girls and she got some really cute stuff i am excited for baby Ian to come now, just a couple more months. Micah had a wrestling tournament in Lovell on Saturday so i went and watched that's it was fun to love on all the kids and meet my new cousin Hayden Baylee Grant she is such a pretty little girl. On Monday we went to the Dr. and found out we are having a baby we are really excited i couldn't wait to tell all the family they are all really excited too. Jan will have 3 new grand babies coming this summer and she couldn't be happier. My mom thought we would never have a baby i don't think so she was really surprised and excited. we are 3 months along (13 weeks) and we are due September 26Th in May we get to find out what we are having we both cant wait. on our way home on the interstate outside of Rawlins was really backed up we thought there was a wreck or something as sure enough there was a semi who hit another one and burnt to a crisp it was scary and i hope everyone was OK. For 30 min's we were going 0-15 miles an hour it was slow going but glad we made it home safe.

Daniel had a rodeo at school today which is where they do different events so they did hurt man rescue(Which is where they climb up and lower a dummy they practice this just in case a man is hurt on the pull and they have to go rescue him), lowering a cross arm (This is where they lower the beam that is horizontal on the pull to change it out), and putting on ground(They put on grounds to protect them in case the power is turned on again and is safe to work on). They get judged on each event and then the top 6 guys get to go to Arizona to compete in a rodeo there. The weather was a little chilly with the wind blowing but we all had a good time still. This is hurt man rescue.
