Thanksgiving weekend was a busy one going and doing everything there was to do. First we took family pictures with the Asay's and all the grand kids. Then we had thanksgiving dinner with Asay's and after headed to my family's for desert. Then the day after thanksgiving Asay's always preg check cow they had a few uncles that came and helped too.
Britt is 2 months old now it has gone by so fast and he has been growing so much. He now weighs 11'11 and is 23 3/4 inches long over 50% in everything one big boy. I am so grateful he is healthy and strong, he is smiling more and more and i love it. There is a smile behind those hand in the bottom picture. Britt is such a good baby and we are so lucky to have him. We love him so much!!
For family home evening Michael and Emily's family came over and helped cut up Daniel's deer and we made it into jerky. It ended up turning out really good and I think we will be making a lot more in years to come. We had so much fun with Michael and Emily's family here.
We got Britt blessed on 11/6/11 Daniel bless him and he did such a good job. We were so glad to have so much family there. Grandma Helen made Britt's blessing outfit it fit him perfect and we are so lucky we have her and she is so so talented. We also had 5 generations at the blessing so we got a picture grandma Grant, Grandpa Keith, Nema, Me, and Britt not very often this happens we are so lucky. Britt was striking a little pose before we got him dressed.
Asay's have been bringing cows home from day head this last week and we all went and helped at one time or another. Britt, Jan and I went out and helped on Saturday afternoon it was also the first snow fall of the season I am sure we have more of that to come. Britt's first time moving cows and the his first time seeing snow we are staring him young loving to move cows rain or shine!
